Olá caríssimos leitores do blog!!
Trago-vos hoje uma review, a minha última, sobre um pano SUPU.

A SUPU Woven Wraps é uma empresa que foi fundada por Jess Anderson, em Inglaterra, e que após decidir fazer uma pausa para se dedicar à família, este ano entregou a empresa nas mãos de Carolina Olmos, da Mamapacha. Carolina é natural do Chile e vive em Grafenort, na Suíça. Abraçou esse projeto com paixão, junto com seu marido.
Mamapacha é uma empresa comprometida com sustentabilidade. Produz os panos com fios certificados, de acordo com a norma Oeko-Tex Standard 100 – classe II.
E sabem o que significa Mama Pacha? Significa Mãe Terra nos dialetos Quechua e Aymara da América do Sul.

Este pano SUPU que testei foi-me gentilmente emprestado pela amiga Clara Caeiro, a única pessoa que tem um pano dessa marca em Portugal (penso eu). Obrigada Clarinha! Eu estava deveras entusiasmada em fazer esta review, por ser uma marca nova no blogue e por só existir esse cá em Portugal.
O pano chama-se Supu Helix Arca. É um pano de trama dupla (double weave), o que o torna muito fofinho e macio ao toque. Tem um desenho geométrico especial em 3 cores, rosa, cinzento e branco, muito bonitas. O padrão é conseguido com uma mistura de tramas satin e twill, o que lhe dão alguma textura.
Tem cores bonitas, é fofinho e macio ao toque.  Tem 64 cm de largura, 4,48 cm de comprimento e 350 gr/m2, pelo que é considerado de gramagem alta.
É feito em 100% algodão, é um pano resistente e penso que não seja muito propenso a pulls. Tem uma diagonal muito grande, o que se tornou um ponto negativo para mim; fiquei um bocado desiludida com ele porque, tanto em um DH (double hammock) quanto em um Ruck ( rucksack), tive de ajustar algumas vezes e parecia que a bebê afundava. Não gostei. Precisava, talvez, de ter mais grip, para o bebê ficar no lugar certo.

Hello, dear readers of the blog!!
I bring you today a review, my last, about a SUPU wrap.

SUPU Woven Wraps is a company founded by Jess Anderson in England, who, after having decided to take a break with her family, delivered the company Carolina Olmos from Mamapacha (2018). Carolina is from Chile and lives in Grafenort, Switzerland. She embraced this project with passion, along with her husband.
Mamapacha is a company committed to sustainability. They produce the wraps with certified threads, according to the standard Oeko-Tex Standard 100 – class II. And you know what Mama Pacha means? It means Mother Earth in the Quechua and Aymara dialects of South America.

This SUPU wrap I tested was kindly loaned by my friend Clara Caeiro, the only person who has a wrap of this brand in Portugal (I think). Thank you Clarinha! I was really excited to do this review, because it is a brand new to the blog and because there is only one wrap here in Portugal.
This wrap is called Supu Helix Arca. It’s a double weave wrap, which makes it very fluffy and cuddly and soft to the touch. It has a special geometric design in three colours, pink, grey and white, very beautiful. The pattern is achieved with a satin and twill weave mix, which gives it some texture.
It’s an easy-care wrap, 100% cotton, with high weight but sturdy, and I don’t think it is pull prone. It has a very large diagonal, which became a negative point and I felt a bit disappointed with, because, in both DH (double hammock) and Ruck (rucksack), I had to readjust a few times and it seemed that the baby was sinking. I didn’t like that. It needed, perhaps, to have more grip, to keep the baby in the right place.
